Alexander Ignatov possesses PhD in Political Science and currently holding the position of a researcher at the Center for International Institutions Research, RANEPA (Moscow). In his research Alexander focuses on global governance issues, multilateral forums agenda (G20, BRICS), and recent trends in the Internet governance system development. With more than 30 research pieces presented up to date, Alexander also carries on duties as a visiting scholar at Higher School of Economics and an executive secretary at “International Organisations Research Journal”.
