Natália Couto holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Regulatory Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV Direito Rio).
She studied for an LLM in Law, Innovation and Technology at FGV Direito Rio, where she also worked as a teaching assistant. She specializes in contracts and compliance and has a postgraduate degree from the Rio de Janeiro State School of Magistrates (EMERJ).
She is a guest lecturer at FGV, where she teaches the subject Regulation of Social Networks. Her research focuses on the regulation of new technologies, cybersecurity and digital platforms. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Brazilian Cybersecurity Network. She also works as a lawyer.
